Mini-Mester

Savannah?Technical College offers Mini-Mester?courses during the second half of spring and fall semesters. These 7.5?week accelerated Mini-Mester courses earn the same?credit hours as a regular semester?in a fast-tracked format. Courses are open to new and current STC students.

Registration is now available for Fall 2020 Mini-Mester with classes running October 16 – December 14, 2020. Many programs offer courses during the Mini-Mester both in-person and online including:

• Accounting – Tax Preparation Specialist TCC (classes also apply to degree or diploma for Accounting)
• • Financial Accounting (online)
  • Individual Tax Accounting (online)
  • Complete the three other courses for this TCC in Spring 2021
• Aircraft Structural – Luxury Craft Cabinet Making TCC (Mon-Thurs, 8AM-4:30PM)
• Business Management – Human Resources Management Specialist TCC (classes apply to degree or diploma for Business Management)
  • Organizational Behavior (online)
  • Introduction to Business (online)
  • Complete the other four courses for this TCC in Spring 2021
• Culinary Arts –?Prep Cook TCC (classes also apply to degree or diploma programs for Culinary Arts and Baking/Pastry Arts)
  • Culinary Safety & Sanitation (Thursdays, 8AM – 2PM)
  • Fundamentals of Culinary Arts (Mon/Wed, 4-6:30PM)
  • Principles-Culinary Leadership (3 hours, offered Spring 2021)
• Cyber – Microsoft Network Administrator TCC (classes apply for degree or diploma programs for Networking)
  • Microsoft Server Infrastruct (online)
  • Microsoft Server Administrator (online)
  • Complete the other two courses for this TCC in Spring 2021
• Cyber – PC Repair and Network Technician TCC (classes apply to degree or diploma programs for Cybersecurity, Networking and Computer Support)
  • Computer Concepts (online)
  • Computer Networking Fund. (Tues/Thurs, 11AM-12:40PM)

• Early Childhood Care & Education – Early Childhood Basics TCC (these classes are required for most all ECCE programs. Early Childhood Basics TCC may be completed in Spring 2021).
